Back after 14 months Banned

Hi, i have returned to eve online after 14 months of being away and banned(That's for another topic don't ask).
I just purchased the reactivation deal on the account section and when i logged into to play i forgot i had - 2.9b isk as a result of the ban. Now i know that i have spent 14 months away from the game and i think that was punishment enough for what i did (Still not going into detail), However i emailed ccp askign to reset my ballance to 0 so i can start a fresh.


I have got so many skills and sp so would rather not start a fresh account, what are my chances of them accepting this?If any lol.

You can always strip the SP from your old char using skill extractors, if you start a new account.

Actually I dont think you can even trade with your alt as you have negative isk. So getting skill extractors wouldnt work unless you drop em in a can or something
