Corporation Offices & Member Hanger Access in Citadels

Greetings,

I was just wondering why, when I rented a corporation office in my citadel, it did not register as a corporation office. I also wanted to know why, I can not select this office as a "base" for my members to deposit and withdraw equipment from and to.
