So let's introduce ourselves shall we? If you say SP-DR, you will think of the following bullet points:

• Lowsec pvp in the form of Pirating and/or Faction Warfare;
• Supplying you with quality FC's during your stay where a broad armada of doctrines can and will be used;
• Pvp with the shipsizes cruisers, battlecruisers, battleships and even capitals;
• Having the opportunity of making isk in various profitable ways;
• Chill and relaxing environment with no elitist way of doing our daily activities, no CTA's for example and no yelling at people making mistakes
• We are not a training corp but do however want to give pointers if you require so;
• Looking for combat pilots with a minimum of 30m sp, if you have less, we can discuss your membership ofc;
• Various modern communication tools such as Teamspeak 3 and Slack.

Of course we also expect some thing of you when you are looking to join our corporation:

• Have a working microphone and you are a certain social human being that likes to talk with us;
• Know how to operate your ships in (large) combat and know how to communicate on comms;
• Can fly T3 cruisers, Battleships (Amarr, Minmatarr and Caldari), Logistics (with the skill at V) and have the aspiration of acquiring or flying capitals;
• Willing to lose security status on a weekly basis;
• Have a healthy combat record or can prove that you are improving on your current killing methods;
• You might want to have an alt or a alternative way of making isk (not with your main)!

Fit in? SP-DR is the best corp I have been in by far. Great FC's, don't get kicked for having a laugh and derping, dominating FW fights, PvP and PvE stuffs to do.

I have been playing the game for 11 years and it doesn't get much better than this :P

I'll probably waffle on for far too long, but here goes:

I'm not sure how long my affiliation with SP-DR goes, but it goes back to a time when I, a complete noob to the game flying a Crow in 0.0 along with getting myself concodokkened whilst accidentally shooting at the guy who had hired us as mercs to kill a highsec tower, moved to Aeschee long before Shadow Cartel got there, with what I call the original Snuff.

The first joint-venture of SP-DR and, what eventually turned into Rough Necks Alliance (the first alliance that SP-DR joined in fact) that I can find, isn't actually on the killboards (at least I can't find it) but is around late 2009, for context, The Tuskers had been formed for around a year and Ka Jolo was still at the helm; seeing them in anything bigger than a Battlecruiser was unheard of.
Within a year, we accumulated many kills together and formed a powerful relationship that lasted the test of time. I chose to join SP-DR for the first time after being approached by our Lord Saviour JasonXXL in mid-2012 and the rest, as they say is history.

In that time, I can safely say that the nucleus of the Corp is a sound bunch of guys who lean on each other in times of need and the comradery between them all is quite special, something which I would never in a million years have expected to find in an online spaceship sandbox warzone. This really makes me extremely proud to be currently running this band of merry men and I want nothing more than SP-DR to continue to thrive and provide such a fantastic atmosphere for others as I have been fortunate to be part of for the best part of for over half a decade.

Anyway enough preaching and life story, we are a Corporation with a rich tapestry of history in Lowsec which I have only merely scratched the surface of in the above paragraphs. We have some of the best FC's in the Gallente Militia, pulling pilots in from all over to fly ships that even 1-2 years ago, would never be even considered by one of the game's Militia forces.
We've been part of the Alliance Tournament in the past (and are rather reknown for fitting a 200mm plate to a Bhaalgorn during this tournament! Blame Jason) and were the first alliance to beat the Sentry Drone meta with a non-sentry drone setup in the same tournament (I was and still am extremely proud to have managed to catch the Babylon 5 Onerios with long range webs and neuts first at the start of the fight - And we did learn from our mistakes and rethought our Bhaalgorn fit for this fight!) before exiting the tournament in a ball of fire because four members of our Alliance Tournament team were in Amsterdam screaming at the stream.

We want SP-DR to grow and continue as a force to add to our history rather than revel in the 'good old days' and want you to be part of it. Are you ready?
