Hi,
i recently upgraded to Win 10 from Win 7 and now i am not able to play Eve anymore. Since i am not rly into PC stuff and have no idea about it, i hope that someone might be able to help me.

What have i done so far.
I tried to reinstall the game, but everytime i open the launcher the window pops up.
I started the game in Admin mode.
I installed the game in Programx86 folder and in normal Program folder.
I tried to give the Shared Cache folder admin rights.

But none of this worked, so i hope that one of you fellow members might be able to help me.

Hi,
Same here, unable to reinstall the game, launcher is stuck after creating sharecache.
I did a network test and an IP that is pinging by the network tool (traceroute) do not respond :
it's 80.229.135.130 adress

The problem is nobody respond on tickets nor on forums. All threads about launcher is useless (2012-2015).

A quick reply should be appreciated.

i fixed my problem by getting rid of Windows 10

Same is happening to me, tried everything im on windows 8. sucks only started happening like a couple hours ago.
