Just trained to level 1 while mining. I'm currently in fleet as the commander with one other fleet member. After training Mining foreman to level 1, I didn't receive my 2% increase in yield (hovering my cursor over the module to shows stats). Anyone know if this is a bug or did I do something wrong here lol
