..... you can just block ppl or slide the side of the chat box that has the dialogue in it so far over you can't read anything or you could you know.... just igor it?

What is it with ppl these days getting so bent out of shape over how other people act when it affects them in no way

Yeah, that attitude is really going to get you what you want. Roll

Citation required that this even exists. Oh, wait. Unless you work for CCP, you can't provide citation. Try coming up with justification that exists outside your imagination.

You know you can close local, right? You can ignore people too. The tools to do what you want are there, you just have to utilize them.

No, it really doesn't.

Igor it? Which Igor? The one from Mary Shelley's Frankenstein or the one from Mel Brooks' Young Frankenstein?

Personally I'd go with Young Frankenstein.

What hump?

Edit: Oooh, I forgot about the Igors from Uberwald on the Discworld. They've even got Igorinas. Big smile

-1 because of your bad attitude.

-1 because the tools you need to handle this are already in the game or in your head you just need to get not lazy and use them.

-1 because it would be a waste of dev time on something that is easily dealt with using existing in game tools.

Not this one again.
To CCP you paying your sub with cash / check / credit card / debit card is no different than those who pay with a plex.
Why you ask? The logic behind the answer is so simple that is probably why you fail to see it or to understand it so here it is in easy to read text.

Some one, some where and at some point in time paid CCP with their cash / check / credit card / debit card to buy that plex. When another player buys that plex for ISK and then redeems it for game time CCP still gets an equal amount of real life cash money the only thing that changes is who pays CCP that cash.

In fact CCP likely makes more cash as a result of the plex system than they would if everyone had to be a special snowflake like you and pay with cash / check / credit card / debit card, why? Glad you asked, because with the plex system people often buy a plex for cash and then sell it for ISK instead of redeeming it for game time and in this type of transaction CCP ends up with CASH they would not have if they removed the plex system.

Oh, people like you are so amusing.

Yeah, I couldn't possibly be against your suggestion because it's bad, irrelevant, totally unnecessary, or already existing in game. No, it simply has to be because it will, somehow, hurt me. You cannot defend your suggestion on its own (lack of) merits, so you must simply attack those who are against it.

First, tell us which scam you fell for, so we can congratulate the person who got your isk, then go back to trolling with the rest of the amateurs on reddit, or wherever it is you came here from.

Minimize is your friend.
Blocking is also a friend.
The other option is to dwell in a wormhole where chatting in local is taboo.
The last option is to squeeze the chat box so very small while keeping local visible if you really need the intel as to who is in system.

If you are in Jita, your best bet: minimize.

Cloaking is the closest thing to a "Pause Game" button one can get while in space.

Support better localization for the Japanese Community.

Wow... Such hostility and immature response.

So what you pay? That doesn't give you the rights to be disrespectful to the Devs by demanding things.

Grow up.
