Hi all,

I am going to buy a few of these, at least 3.

I need 3 fits:

Small Gang
Gatecamp
Solo

If one fit does cover 2/3 of my activities, then even better (doubt it though) I think it will need a cyno in all of the fits, I could always call on my carrier alt I guess. Bubble is probably needed for all of them too? I just finished training all the skills to fly it well, but have not flown it at all. I have PvP experience in other ships like the T1 version on this but I know this is very different, for instance i heard you can do funny things with the mass change when bubble is active, please teach me forum people :)

Also this is in Nullsec, no lowsec for me kkthxbye.

Can fit anything T2. bling I think should not provide significant advantages, but prove me wrong if you must.

Let me just start with - you are flying a Bradsword (T2 hull) might you not want to properly support it with T2 mods. Another way of saying it would be that you need to spend time building the right foundation so that you can fit ships properly. You should save yourself some isk and fly Ruptures if you are just donking around and gate camping etc. And yeah like someone else said - when it comes to fits - focus the fit.

Fourth - a solo Broadsword in null or... Really anywhere... No, just no.

But wait?!? I have your solution!!! Just fit a dual tanked, dual prop, active, passive, arty, autocannon, cyno, cloaky, focused point Braodsword. The you have a ship for any situation you may encounter. Oh and dont forget to fit a web :P

ARMED1 please reread, I said I CAN not can't fit all the T2 and I only want to bling it if there is a serious reason for it.

My core skills and shield tanking skills are all more than appropriate for this. Only thing I am missing is Heavy Interdiction Cruisers V at the moment, I can also fit all the T2 guns...

I want to focus the fit, that is why I actually asked for 3 different fits for 3 different purposes.

But if you want to contribute I d like it if you could show me some of your fits to do cool things with :)

/edit I think I just made another decision which makes life easier, I will take the script with me but I think I will not use infinipoint much, just bubble.

/edit2 Also I don't need to save myself some ISK because I'd much rather have fun exploding 20 or more Broadsword and coming out at the other end with having learned quite a lot about this beautiful ship :) (I have flown a lot of Ruptures and other ships in PvP)

Not sure this will fit any of your purposes but I did just make a broadsword fit thats kind of a twist on my old Mobster Broadsword.

This fit is put together with the idea of being able to use in wormhole and null as a ship i can drop on any group that has neut pressure as broadsword and most hics suffer greatly from neuting ships.

Also it has room to be able to swap it around a bit but still maintain great tank and survivability for short engagements.

it's ability to solo is pretty good and mostly intended to use the scripted point. But for solo work you will need to add a fed navy web. Without the cap injector your still cap stable just not hyper cap stable.

Also it is very cheap. 350 mill fit and hull. Sustained tank / burst tank is 650/1300 dps with moderate skills. Offensive dps is 440/500 with moderate skills.

This is my take on a fun broadsword to derp in. I tested it against a few ships and it seems to hold up pretty good in a fight and dmg application is good but like i said. you will need to readjust for a web if you dont have buddies with you.

Lol new update. While some of my corp members derped and lost some ships I just baited with that build I posted and hooked a large mouth Rattlesnake ! .. Then it spawned 3 stratios. This was in our home hole.

They tried to kill the broadsword twice. gave it all the neuts they had. No Bueno. Though they were able to drive me off grid the broadsword held up beautify and was able to escape after downing a rabid Gecko.

When a drone costs as much as a cruiser I should get a kill mail for it !!!!

I held the grid longer then the phoon that was there with me.

I would say that it still may need some tweeks but I am very happy with that build so far.

I will try this fit out on my 2nd or 3rd Broadsword that I ll fit up and also tinker with my first initial fit! Hold on I just looked at your dual ASB fit properly and it looks a beauty. :) Maybe I will change my fit to that right meow :)
