Damage Application of Missiles (TP vs Web vs MGE vs MGC)

For PVP, I'm fitting up a Cruise Missile Launcher Raven.

I'm listing which modules will help apply the most damage for a fleet of Ravens when shooting at 2 hull types; HACs and Battleships. The most important module being listed at the top w/ least impact listed at the bottom. Am I correct in my assumption below?

Please assume both hulls are AB fitted and moving.

For HACs (assume the Raven uses Faction missiles)

  • Web
  • Target Painter
  • Missile Guidance Computer w/ Precision Script
  • Missile Guidance Enhancer

For Battleship hull (assume the Raven will use T2 Fury missiles)

  • Target Painter
  • Missile Guidance Computer w/ Precision Script
  • Missile Guidance Enhancer
  • web

You will be further ahead applying damage with rapid heavy missile launchers. In order of benefit:

• Missile Guidance Computer, precision-scripted x2
• Warhead catalyst rigor and/or flare rigs
• Target painter x2
• Heavy stasis grabbler (when within range)
• Stasis web (when within range)
• Warp scrambler (when within range)

I'm staying away from RHMLs because I dont' like the reload time in fleet fights. Solo, is fine

With that said, I am surprised yo uput the Warhead catalyst rigor rig ahead of a TP. In fact, from what I've read in the past, the TP is better than a MGC, precision scripted.

There's a lot of stuff to consider.

When you said "fleet of Ravens", does that mean it's an actual fleet, with Logi, Tackle, etc?

About the modules:

Web and TP modify the TARGET and thus the application of EVERYONE shooting it.
MGC / Rigs /MGE enhance your OWN SHIP, and only benefit that one ship.

If you have a fleet: Outsource. Get Rapiers / Huginns. Get Ewar-Links, to make that TPs hurt real bad. Use the free slots you now have on your Ravens to enhance their tank or range.

For local enhancements:
If you want 1 mod, use a Rigslot. The Midslot is much more versatile and can give enormous resistance bonuses rather than some flat HP for example.
If you want 2 mods, tinker around how it fits best.
If you want 3 mods, don't do it, stacking penalties kick in really hard --> Outsourcing.

Stick with Precision or Faction cruise missiles then (definitely Precision against HACS). A 20% reduction on your missile explosion radius is worth more than the 34-40% bloom from a target painter. And a precision-scripted missile guidance computer is superior to a T2 rigor, T2 flare and target painter.

If you can use your rigs, run a T2 rigor, T2 flare, precision-scripted missile guidance computer and target painter. I'd run a heavy grappler or stasis web as well.
