Issues, Workarounds & Localization

So I have had this problem for a few months now. I have two accounts and when I try and play both of them at the some time on my duel monitors it causes me to get a blue-screen. It only happens when I play Eve and only when I play both accounts at the same time. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if you were able to fix it or if you have any advice on how to fix it. Thank you for any help.
