Premium starter pack from GMG. Items missing!

Hi. I recently purchased the premium starter pack on sale at green man gaming. I went to activate the code and I got an error message saying try again later or contact customer support. I find that however an account was created with the game time added but no items from the content packs or aurum that I was supposed to get. I submitted a support ticket but haven't received a response. Can anyone please help?

Have you looked in the redeem items?

Its accessed by alt+y ingame or from the character select screen.

Other than that, its just a matter of waiting for customer support to get back to you. They are very busy dealing with the new expansion, but they will get back to you.

You could also try inputting the code in account management again, unlikely to do anything but worth a go.

Edit: If it is in redeemed items, make sure you are at the station you want the items at before claiming them. You don't want to be flying around with the PLEX in your cargohold. Someone will take it from you or destroy it.

As Archibald Thistlewaite III mentioned: please, please, please ensure that you are docked in the station you wish these items to be redeemed at. Never fly with PLEX in your cargo-hold! Your items should be accessed via the "redeemable items" button through your Neocom (the menu tool running top-to-bottom of your screen). Let us know how you get on.

I also have the same problem. Have bought and registered through Premium pack (purchased it in gamazavr.ru store) , but in "Reedem Items" I have only 1 PLEX without any other items like ships,aurum etc.

Yeah I have the plex and redeemed it successfully but none of the other items. Wow the value of plex went up since the last time I played (4 years ago).

Have you both checked the voucher center in your account management page. If that doesn't help then all I can suggest is waiting for CCP to get around to your support ticket.

checked everything, there is nothing anywhere. And in Transactions history is 1x Premium Pack - status PAID.
What is average time of support answer waiting?

Ticket response times vary wildly depending on the problem. With the new release there will be quite a large backlog of tickets. The longest I have ever had to wait is about 3 days for a non-critical issue, for issues that affect my ability to play the game have been sorted in a few hours.Other people claim to wait weeks for a first response. They will get to yours as soon as they can. All you can do is file 1 support ticket, explain clearly and politely what the problem is and then file it in the correct catagory. Then wait....

In the mean time I hope you are having fun in Eve.

pretty normal, yes. new patch, can't expect them to prioritize yoour problem. sorry to say, but your problem is a lot less time-sensitive and a lot less dire than most.

Today I got answer from support and they put all needed items in "Reedem", so in my case - question can be closed Cool
