As far as I know the loot drops from these capitals are the components for the new modules and guns so they have to up drop rate of the NPC caps otherwise the market will be starving for long time ahead.

Lady Areola Fappington:  Solo PVP isn't dead!  You just need to make sure you have your booster, remote rep, cyno, and emergency Falcon alts logged in and ready before you do any solo PVPing.
