Modifying sell or buy orders not loading

After todays downtime I cannot modify any standing buy or sell orders anymore. Cancelling them and issuing new ones works just fine, its only the modification that doesn't work anymore.

When trying to modify an order, the modify interface pops up but never finishes to "load". The circle symbol which indicates loading never disappears and one cannot modify the price.

I can't get the sell window to show up along with the windows to modify sales.
