Let me guess... you also try to make your ships cap stable too?

You are fitting a citadel for PVP. PVP ships do not need to be cap stable. In fact, most of the "best" fits are not actually cap stable.

Look at the fit and ask yourself:

Will all of these modules be activated 100% of the time in a PVP situation? - If yes, then you might need cap stability

How long would a fight last that this fit is probably going to see? - If greater than the amount of time your cap lasts, then you do not need cap stability: just more cap. Keep in mind, the answer to the first question is needed here.

While we have not seen an actual fight take place on a citadel, keep in mind that the answer to number one is very rarely ever yes (given the fact you said you had 30 minutes of cap).

Also, a citadel is meant to augment a defensive force not replace it. Yes they are strong, but if the enemy really wants your citadel gone, they will bring the necessary force to destroy it AND fight a defensive force. In that case, your fit is to support the fight, not win it.

TLDR: The likelihood that every single mod will be active 100% of the time for 30 minutes is very low unless we are talking about a major strategic citadel.

Awww.... so kyooooot... *piches OP's cheeks*

You actually think cap stability is important in combat. Pirate

Pro-tip: in a PvP ship, you fit for maximum performance. Capacitor levels can be more or less maintained through module and tactical management.
Hell... most of my ships' capacitor won't last more than 1 minute with everything on.
The reason for this is because you have to make deep "sacrifices" in performance to make a fit cap stable. And those "sacrifices" make you vulnerable to a ship that is fit for maximum performance.

So don't fit your citadel to fight indefinitely. You want performance first to end the fight fast.
