Seems to have disapeared from the skill list "armor resistive phasing"

why would you think this is the right forum

and the skill you are looking for is Resistance Phasing

there is nothing in the patch notes about it it seems to be a bug

no bug but ccp did drop the ball in patch notes

it is no longer just for armor so armor has been removed from the name

ah yes its in the engineering list but does it still afect standard hardners now not just capital ones
