My friend downloaded the game and played on the trial account. He loved it so much the next day he subscribed. Unfortunately after login in from the launcher he is met with a black screen in game. He is able to bring up the menu by pressing esc and can hear the in game music but no visuals. We tried updating his video drivers, downloading the whole eve game, clearing his cache, running in DX9 and trying different accounts with not success. I am stumped because he was able to play yesterday just fine and today with only a black screen.

I have no other way to help him, does anyone have any idea or a fix for this issue!?
