Hello,

I have a lot of ships with a lot of different fits. It'd be nice if I could "tag" my ships. So if I have an buffer tanked Abaddon, I could tag it as "armor buffer". If I have a rainbow laser geddon, I can tag it as "rainbow laser". From the hanger I can type "rainbow" into the search field and it will filter my ships to show only rainbow laser ships. If I type "incursion" all my incursion ships are listed and so on.

I currently try and do this using ship names, but its a pain having to rename them every time I undock and again when I swap them out.

Also, when you apply a fitting from the fitting screen, it would automatically apply the tags to those ships. Tags could possibly appear in the show info screen and maybe in the detailed asset list?

Maybe possible to use the tags in asset search too? If I need my rainbow laser geddon in a hurry and I don't know where it is, I can search for it in my assets.

I dunno. A bit of a brain jobby. Thoughts?
