I narrowed it to capital weapon specialisation skills also.
The gunnery certificates show up normally until trying to view the ones for capitals , you cant select IV & V, it just carries on showing the requirements for III.

to unjam the skill queue I had to load an earlier settings file and "not open" the gunnery tab or it jams again.

Overview still locks up from time to time, the workaround is to hit CTRL to force unlock it (CTRL normally when held stops the overview from updating and resorting new and old contacts).

Tracking camera also still breaks on initial (correction, any, not just first undock) undock after logging. When this happens, it fails to track when toggled on. If you select "Look at my ship" from right-click dropdown, it causes the camera to recenter and zoom back in towards the ship like normally expected, but the tracking camera also gets stuck into a tracking object state where trying to "un-slave" the camera from tracking by left-click and dragging the mouse or dissabling the tracking camera fails to do so normally. When this happens, you have to turn the tracking camera on and off a few times, then try moving the camera with the mouse to un-slave the camera, afterwards the tracking camera works properly as expected.

So far modules are not getting stuck in the "that module is already active" state like they were yesterday...so far at least. It's also not trying to emulate Tactical Camera behavior when jumping, so that seems fixed for now. Kudos for fixing those. They were annoyingly persistant (My Golem nearly went cap dead yesterday because my MWD wouldn't shut off, thank Aura for the low cap audio cue!).

Yes, this is intended. A "feature" of Citadel patch to encourage players to move to Citadels and use their jump clone service.


No, it is not running as intended

It will charge you 900k no matter where you use a jumpclone from (even non-NPC stations)

I`m not sure how to bug report this....

It seems that I cannot set a citadel as a destination, and thus autopilot/routing is NOT available (thus far on sisi at least) has that been overlooked or is it intentional CCP?

Is noone else having item hangar close every time after undocking and redocking? Happens to me since patch and even cache reset doesn't fix it.

Nope. you were supposed to train them beforehand. they were seeded at least a month and a half ago.

"Approach" is also redundantly shown in cases where "Align to" is already present, like when right-clicking on objects that can be warped to and are beyond 150Km but still on grid.

I also noticed, a bit off topic and rather low priority if I may, that Anire Scarlet is no longer dropping implants (tested twice in the second room you encounter her in). It should normally appear in a jet can dropped by her BC, though it's not since Citadel. It's fine should it be intended, just not sure if it was as it's not annotated on the patch notes.

Bug report it, I'm not seeing any of my inventory windows fail to retain their user defined settings on session change.

One other very rare issue, that has been around for months.

Extremely rare problem where you jump into a system, but the game does not respond to input. It wont warp, it wont move, modules wont activate etc.

Ive had this while dual boxing and one client does it and one doesnt.

The only option i know to solve this is to log off. Interestingly, once you log back in, you find that your ship DID NOT e-warp, but is sat in the same place as before. But after re-logging, the ship is now responsive.

When setting up a cyno spot at a station I use my tactical overlay and activate a salvager module to make sure there are no parts of the station within 5k.
Only problem now is the overlay only shows the area of effect in the horizontal plane not as a globe (modules have an area of effective radius in all planes) ie like a ball but the tactical overlay only shows it in one plane

Can someone elaborate on "D-Scan: manually changing range value then pressing scan button does not change range. Workaround - use Scan keyboard shortcut."

That's fairly vague and I was unable to get the workaround to work.Ugh

As a programmer, then you should know, when making large changes, often times there are unintended results that you wont notice until code is put into operation. Programming is the bane of all things electronic, never know if its going to work as intended until its put into effect.

I don't believe you're a programmer, at least not an experienced one.

Every game, platform, operating system, application, and appliance developer has a means for customers to report problems with a product. If one could get perfection by simply sandboxing, there would literally be no need for knowledge bases, and bug reporting systems.

The measure is not in the bugs that are live right now, but how efficiently and effectively CCP addresses them - THAT is the measure of a quality software production team.


I am not even remotely close to being a programmer. But as an end user I do have a very vivid imagination. If I were an Astronaut flying the new NASA Orion spacecraft and were launched into orbit only to experience numerous systems failures due to "bugs" in the millions of lines of code. I would certainly be alarmed.
When I asked mission control for assistance and the reply was "press F12 and file a bug report"...
The time has arrived to consider different career opportunities.

Which is why NASA probes use CPUs running at 20MHz that cost $40,000. I'm sure you won't mind purchasing some MILSTD883 hardware to run the next patch for EVE: NASA standards edition, when it comes out in about 20 years.

When using the new camera, when I go to warp, right before warping, I almost always get a Jerk, as the camera resets itself.

Very rarely, I seem to get stuck, waiting to warp. I'm aligned, at speed, ready to go, click warp to, and then have to wait. (think bad lag) All my links are still running, 10-20 seconds later when I finally warp off, and they turn off. I've only noticed this happen twice since the change. But still, would rather suck, if you get ganked cause it didn't warp off when it should have.

I had that many many expansions ago. I cannot tell you when but more than two years. I guess I stopped playing for a while and then never happened again... new computer... new installation.... cannot tell but is not new while never happened to me ever since.

What did you say about CODE?
