Amber Alert: Racial Force Auxiliary Skills Missing !?

According to YC118-2 patch notes racial force auxiliary skills where added in game, but after Citadel patch they are marked as non public. The Citadel patch notes doesn't mention anything about that.

Does anyone know what happened?

It was decided to just use normal carrier skill for the Faux instead of the new skill. Those who have trained it will get it refunded, the mechanism to do this was not ready in time for the Citadel release.

Thanks for the info. I suspect that CCP Fozzie was on it and he probably communicated that on a specific thread. Personally I can't monitor the entire EVE Forums and CCP should reflect any decision made, even if it has to do with removing skills from the game, in the patch notes.
