There are no ORE level 4 missions you see. as for level 4 MINING missions you might need to use a procurer, venture or somesuch. look at the mission reports if the mining mission has any NPCs you need to worry about.

The main "appeal" of mining missions is that they can be done semi-AFK, which is a bad idea in NPC null as well as anywhere else apart from quiet hisec backwaters. First rule of EVE UI: right click EVERYTHING.

Uriam Khanid New Machinarium Corporation Likes received: 89	#6 - 2016-04-28 14:11:50 UTC level 1-3 mining missions - venture-prospect. prospect better, a lot. you mine only ore level 4 - retiever/macinaw for ore/ice (20-22k m3 ore/ice or ~45k m3 ore) and combat BC for gas harvest, you will fight rogue drones (up to BC, rare BS) Profit is much more than belt mining, lvl 3 is almost equal to lvl 4 by profit.
