It remains fitted

What happens to fighter market orders? Do they get canceled or adjusted?
Market orders will be cancelled and appropriately reimbursed.

Will fighters in station also be multiplied?
Yes

So buy 1 fighter today, then have 6 tomorrow, then sell all 6 for the price of 6 fighters before?

Would that be considered an exploit?
If you manage to make a profit that way I would consider it shrewd business Big smile

So clarification, which skill immediately after the patch will be required to pilot a Force Auxiliary
The carrier skill will be required

Drones in Carriers/Supercarriers
As drones can no longer be used by these ships, we need to move them to an appropriate location.
  • For character-owned ships, this will be the hangar bay of their home-station as listed on the character sheet.
  • For corporation-owned ships, this will be the corporate HQ
  • For ships owned by neither a character nor a corporation (such as ships in a contract) we'll put them in the ship's main cargo hold, and then let the new owner sort it out when he gets the ship.

Fly safe!

This does not apply to supers.
It definitely does, as they are losing their Drone bay and gaining a Fighter bay.

I have a BPO for Drone Control Units in research, it's got 92 days remaining out of 135 total, what'll happen to the bpo? Will it just change to the fighter squadron whatever or will it cancel my runtime?

I know several people who have "racial fax" to level 4, trained before CCP changed their mind.
Right now, they are not only 500 mil out of pocket but also have useless SP. There was nothing "free" about training a skill CCP decided to remove.
Wow indeed.

Free as in unassigned. Being intentionally dense does not do you any favors. If you trained Racial Fleet Aux to 4 before the new plan was announced (not even sure that was possible, but whatever) then you apparently didn't have anything else you needed to train for and are out absolutely nothing because you'll get the isk and skill points back eventually. If you trained them and did have other skills you needed to boost or needed to remap for then you are either:

A) An idiot because CCP is very upfront about how plans may change before implementation and you sacrificed your training time on the dim hope that nothing would change even that far in advance of the eventual patch.

or

B) Were playing the ultimate troll game for just this moment so that if CCP decided change the requirements, refund the points, and push back the skill refund you could crow about it on the forums. If that is case, for what it's worth, well played. Still an idiot, but well played. Hint, one half of that last line is sarcastic.

You specifically said "free" sp you said nothing about unassigned, I responded to what you typed, not to what you thought it meant and then you can only resort to call me names.
Alleron Shazih - Can't manage to write what he means - then insist I am an idiot, dense and a troll. Because I responded to what he wrote instead of what he meant (which only he could know as he didn't express it in words in his post). Which of course means, I am supposed to know he meant something entirely different to what he wrote because?

NB; It was possible to train the skills to 4, many players were aiming to have it to 5 at release time to be ahead of the curve. Of course they are all stupid and trying to game the system.

Interesting you removed what i replied to - Poor attempt to validate your bad, childish posting.

PS; I won't resort to name calling but will suggest next time you look in a mirror (if you own one) you reflect on what sort of person you are. Then think about how your poorly worded, insulting, troll posts may affect others. Because you can't relay a message without the need for insults and name calling, doesn't make it acceptable.

My opinions are mine.

  If you don't like them or disagree with me that's OK.- - - - - - Just don't bother Hating - I don't care

It really is getting harder and harder to justify $23 a month for each sub.

Are you sure? I'm pretty sure Supers can't use drones and haven't been able to for quite a while now.
So there would be no drones to relocate.

  • So let me get this right, you got the biggest war happening in YEARS, with people deploying and getting locked out of stations all over the place and you are magically moving their assets from the station where they are currently located inside a carrier to their medical station that they could be locked out of? And you are giving them less than 24 hours notice via a forum post?!

What is wrong with putting them in the cargo, fleet hanger or at the very least the hanger in the same station as the carrier? Isn't this what you used to do? Hell you could even leave them where they are but unable to be launched or unable to undock with them still there.

Or is this a stealth f u to the many, MANY goons that are locked out of their medical station?

Simple; ...I...Agree with your thoughts... and many I have talked to also agree with this statement. !!! but not just Goons...I look at it as All Players.

( Not to mention the people whom maybe out of country and cant log in...Working fly in fly out, Real Life has kept them away from a computer, to come back to these changes in sov or the game itself, and unable to change the Medical clone to save their isk...drones, fighters, fighter bombers , etc... )

    Firstly;
There was a expectation, when people bought these ships, ...Big or Bigger...ones...at a exorbitant price(s) I might add.
Either through eve work = isk and/or via real world $ = plex = isk, to own them !!..

So now, to be either unable to move them, and/or unable to gain access to them... your now put at a further disadvantage.
The original expectation to use them a certain way has been vacated with extreme prejudice, as believed by many.

This has now been changed and people whom own them, and/or build them. People see the disempowerment of these faithful Players of the past, which may leave.. to further fields as the Game has traversed to a place no one wished to fallow..

i'm going to ignore the fact that they could sd and get into the station for a moment.

if one does get locked out, and is forced to stage somewhere, and one still hasn't changed home station to current staging, then one deserves to have one's drones moved to the locked station

Trying not to be salty, but after the initial chaos of the Force Auxiliary skills, to find out that neither skill point nor ISK refunds would occur with the patch a day before is a bit frustrating. Saying that it will be fixed Soon(TM), is a cherry on top.

I removed the past discussions from the quote because it was getting long. If you, or anyone, has difficulty scrolling up or going back a page to read the discussion then I contend their contribution to the discussion is going to be minimal.

Furthermore, there is no reason to be upset, concerned, or otherwise "put out" by CCP not refunding the skill points and ISK immediately with the patch because, as proven many times in the past, it will eventually happen. The only reason for anyone to have an issue with this is if they intentionally trained the skill so that when the skill points were refunded they could use that as a source of immediately available skill points that they otherwise would have not been able to obtain at the same cost (ie, time prior to patch release as opposed to purchasing them via skill injectors).

My choice of words was perfectly reasonable when taken in context if, admitted, a bit offensive and aggressive. I was also perfectly clear to anyone with the barest hint of common sense. Your attempt to deflect that and justify the blatant negative entitlement behavior is honestly just depressing. I can look at myself in the mirror just fine but I would feel ashamed if I had been the one pressing the post button on your behalf.

nawwww, remember all the free game time we get each month, 15 hours or so?
That should more than compensate for not having the use of a couple billion isks for a bit.

This. Exactly. What happened to training Destroyers or Battlecruisers skills ages ago and being awarded all the faction skills when that change was made? I try to stay far away from the pathetic "Ohh noooooes ccplease gief us sp because extended downtiem!" but seriously, you owe me Light Fighters V. And everyone else who you screwed over with this bull.

I mean, clearly this is a cool way to see if people will drop some extra USD on skill injectors to get the skill back up after you nuked it. Right on there, and please let me know what percentage rise you see in plex sales, and how many accounts who buy the plex end up injecting sp to cover the new skill needed to fly our decade old ships. That would be an interesting metric.

Naturally. Well, since CCP has taken a dump all over us before, we shouldn't get butthurt about it now. Thanks for your insight.
