[WTB] Wormhole with Static HS + Custom Offices

Looking to purchase a wormhole that someone is moving out of...

Wormhole must have a static HS (C1, C2, C3)

Seller must own the custom offices in system and be willing to transfer

Optionally we would be willing to purchase assets, POS, Capitals etc.

If system has bad PI planets (3+ Gas, Storm etc.) we probably wont be interested.
