Hi, a newbie question - two pilots flying Endurance, both have the Mining Foreman skill trained, formed a fleet and ? :) no mining boost. Does this only work with an Orca as booster ship ? The skill description says nothing about the ship. (and yes i did the forum- but could not find anything answering my question. If this has been already adressed. just link it. ) Thank you all :)

Are you sure the fleet is set correctly for the boosters to be active?

Each level trained is only 2%, you may have missed it as its a very small increase. One of you has to be in the squad leader position.

You need an intact heirarchy - with two pilots that means that both must be in space and in the same system; it means that one must be in a squad leader position and the other must be in a squad member position (in the same squad).
The squad leader also needs Leadership [1] (which I believe is still a prerequisite for Mining Foreman).

The effects of the squad leader role mean that you may not want the best boost skill in that position - in which case you will need to Revoke Booster on them and assign the other to Squad Booster.

ok, those are all things I will check, i guess the one of us with the lower skills was actually the booster. Ill try again, If you never hear from me in this thread ever it worked :) Thank you all very much :)
