BPO for Standup Reprocessing Facility on the market?

There is no entry for that Blueprint in the market. Even the search engine doesn't find it.

It exists in the database however. I found it by going through the "Show Info - Industry" tab. When I click on the blueprint, I can view it on the market but there is no market tree displayed. It probably explains why the Blueprint isn't found directly on the market.

I see this one on market and i can buy it.
I saw it in Thashkarai system in amarr space.

But yea if i search it in market search i don't see it in market search / market groups.
