Hello IGS,

This post is an announcement, mainly aimed at those that are yet without a place in Amarr. I was like that once.

Due to respect for the IGS, I will keep this short. I have created a new IC24 corporation, with much the same rules as PIE. I have my year and two months in the IC24 as resources, and my vision as purpose. I hate to mention another organization in defining my own, but that is what my story is.

For that story and all the general info, including recruitment, please see this public document. That first page may be a bit dry.

At Vellere Vultures, we understand what defines a relationship and are committed to serving that. We are particularly interested in young capsuleers and advocating how flying hulls only from Greater Amarria is viable and advantageous. On ourselves, we are open to private communication from capsuleers older and younger from now until forever. Regarding public communication, well, I guess this is necessarily one of those times. Our public channel is "Vellere Vultures".

Thank you.
Amarr Victor.

Amarr Victor.

Unfortunately for now the Lord has called me elsewhere, until my next purpose comes clear.

- Witness Shahni

"I say that even as the holy and the righteous cannot rise beyond the highest which is in each one of you - so the wicked and the weak cannot fall lower than the lowest which is in you also.  And as a single leaf turns not yellow but with the silent knowledge of the whole tree, so the wrong-doer cannot do wrong without the hidden will of you all."

Good luck Charles, and may God give you and yours His grace and favour.

In the spirit of alliterative kinship, I'd like to offer some friendly advice.

Ditch the personal drama from your founding statement. Think about what your vision is, and stick to that. I know absolutely nothing about the internal politics of Amarr militia, "my corp is like these people but I couldn't get along there" is how your founding document reads.

As a long time militia vet, and as someone who has run recruitment programs, you should also rethink how you present what you have to offer. Right now, what I'm reading is pretty vague. You're asking members to limit themselves, which is fine, but I don't see much more than purity of spirit as a reward for that.

Here's what you should offer: pre fitted Amarr ships from the corporate hangars. Regularly led small gang operations during your active time zone. Training and fitting advice is great, but that stuff is available to anyone with a galnet connection without joining your corp.

In recruiting new members, it would not be in their best interest for me to hide that PIE exists.

I've already talked to one and perhaps two (I really can't remember) people after quitting PIE, with the intention to form my own corp. One wasn't interested in only Amarrian hulls and one of them doesn't fly when I do, but I cannot recall if that was the same person or not.

People know PIE exists whether you mention them or not. I'm just saying nobody cares about why you left, and generally people wil react more negatively to what you've said.

Anyway, I'll leave you to your your own business, but you might think about what I've said. It really doesn't matter to me whether you listen, or not. My corp / Alliance has only been recruiting militia pilots for like six years, so what would I know? : )

Everyone knows PIE exists. They're hard to miss.

They make implants to help with this.... Also, welcome to Faction Warfare. On behalf of Non-Hostile Target, I hope to be shooting you a lot in the future.

A little trust goes a long way. The less you use, the further you'll go.

Did you mean more targets to run from, minmarun?
Or how do they call you know in warzone, runmatars? Saw any more "falcons" around?

Honestly, if you can't score a lot of kills with the ship selections available in the Amarrian lineup available at present then I'd put it down to a lack of pilot skill and tactics than anything to do with the ships themselves.
