Idea - deeds to NPC stations / regions

In Entropia Universe, players can purchase deeds to various places and earn revenue based on what's going on in the world. Since CCP wants to revamp taxes, etc., maybe it would be interesting to introduce deeds to regions that would pay owners dividends based on a percentage of taxes that are collected in that region?
