I had a Typhoon to run Havens solo and Sanctums in a fleet. It worked well for me and was cheap to boot. I used the armour resists it came with and had a local armour repper tech 2.

As a minmatar pilot I have realy bad missile skills but the damage was decent if a bit slow in the missiles travelling. Plus the pure EM damage from the cruise missiles helps alot against the Sansha.
