Sister Alitura - Mission bug?

"Sorry, kid. Nothing at the moment. Could you come back later?"

I came back after a mission and talked to alitura, she then dropped down to the "not available to you" agent section. I googled the problem and its has happened before, but it was fixed by just restarting EVE. I did that and she still says "Sorry, kid. Nothing at the moment. Could you come back later?". Is this a bug or did i miss something?

I haven't done it in a long time, but I don't think you are supposed to go back to her for a little while. Which mission was last completed?

If it is the first time you have done sisters of eve epic arc (otherwise you can only do epic arcs every 3 months) file a petition (gameplay>missions iirc). CCP is really good about resetting missions that experience legitimate problems like that.

edit: I see, you were in the SoE epic arc already. File a stuck gameplay petition still. They will fix it for you.

Ah, OK thought you were at the beginning. Sounds like it may be bugged, I'd go with Ka Plaa's advice.

If you completed the mission and it doesn't show in your Journal then definitely file a Support Ticket. If it still shows in your Journal then read the mission details to see what still needs to be done to complete it.

I don't remember where in the arc, but it can fail to send you to the next agent at one point.

I remember finding the agent in the UI, just not sure where. There are at least 4 places to check:

* Agents in station. Look for ones labelled as "Epic Arc".
* Missions tab in your journal.
* The epic arc tab in your journal.
* Somewhere in the agents info panel (top left, click on the man on the hat = agent to hide/show)

I seem to recall having reported this at least once, though I have encountered it enough times that I don't think I even notice anymore (I've done the arc many times so that the Minmatar don't hate me).

EDIT: I seem to recall that it may have something to do with if you complete the mission while docked in the station, or while in space remotely (several of the missions can be completed this way) by talking to the agent directly (see the mission tab in your journal).
