Though it is probably the least appropriate time for such a proposal, I believe too much has passed without (to my knowledge, anyway) a recognized day of celebration/rememberance of Adm. Tovil Toba's valiant plunge into Gallente Prime. I hate holidays, but this is one I'd certainly love to participate in.

According to his quote in the description of the rank of State Protectorate Brigadier General, the event itself took place on CE 23155.3.15. If my memory serves me correctly, the month and day do not require conversion, making March 15th our new holiday. 

Please feel correct me if I'm at all in error. 

As to the celebration itself well...

A Chimera formation would definitely be necessary.
