Faction Warfare has a logic loophole

It's been a few weeks since I'm in FW.
It's quite fun and action packed. I like it very much in general.

There is only one thing I can't wrap my head around.

Why is the enemy militia allowed to dock in our HS stations? It makes no sense. The navy tries to engage them on sight, but docking requests are accepted?

There is something in the lore about "Capsuleer sovereignty". I don't fully recall it.

Because "enemy" high-sec is already plenty difficult to operate in.
You have the Faction Navy, the Faction Police (if they have poor sec-status and/or poor standing with the local empire), and a zone where most of your player allies and supporters live in.

More restrictions would be "unreasonable" and create too much safety for the local FW players.

Safety.
I take it that my faction's HS systems SHOULD be safe because, you know, they're HIGH SECURITY spaces. All I want is to have a home advantage when I'm fighting close to home. And I want systems that are close to their home to be more difficult for me.

It makes more sense that way.

Safeer not safe, nowhere in eve is supposed to be safe.
If you want odds in your favour , stack them so.

You have a massive home advantage because NPCS will come interfere in your fights. If you ask me, that should be patched out immediately (along with the even stupider faction police).

Assuming that we are talking only about militia HS stations, than I fully agree. Doesn't make sense to allow them to dock there. But only at militia stations.

It would be way better to just remove stations altogether.

You want a place to go, throw up a citadel and fight over it.
