Ishtar training

I just got back into the game after 2 years. I sold two toons i had and bought some skill injectors. I focused-trained for an ishtar (drones/shields/engineering) and now I have a few million SP's unassigned and not sure if i should train gunnery or spaceship command or what.. I basically want to get into null to rat and have a decent pvp ship to get into and be viable. any suggestions on what to focus on next?

Presuming that he has all his drones skills maxed and a solid set of support skills for his chosen Ishtar fit why not.

Otherwise OP you need to determine if you want to work on maxing out the Ishtar with that SP or branch out into something else.
