In which array is nanoelectrical microprocessor built?

Its a component that players build off blueprints, it's not a reaction type thingy.
Just buy the blueprint and where you normally build stuff from blueprints you can build them too.

Component array.

(Ignore the answer above me. POS arrays are limited in what you can build in them. It _can_ be built in a station, but for POS, it's a component array only)
