Singularity is being updated with changes to the status of accounts once per day. In total the delay can be up to 36 hours after the account change on Tranquility.

If your TQ account was active for longer than 36 hours and your Singularity account is still not activated: Post in this thread here with the correct character. Requests are being parsed by a script, so special requests will be lost in most cases.

If your Sisi account is not updated with the current password or if you have any other problems: Send an EVE-mail to CCP Habakuk (on Tranquility or here through the forums).

For new accounts and for transferred characters you will unfortunately need to wait until the next DB mirror.
