Skill at managing warp drive efficiency. Each skill level reduces the capacitor need of initiating warp by 10%.

What this means is that when you warp to something, the capacitor used is reduced, which can be handy when you run pretty low, especially in pvp situations.

The skill that increases mwd (and afterburner) speeds is Acceleration Control.

WoW holds your hand until end game, and gives you a cookie whether you win or lose. EVE not only takes your cookie, but laughs at you for bringing one in the first place...

Warp Drive Operations reduces the cap you need to warp. Say for instance:

You have W.D.O at level 0 (untrained) then warping 1AU costs you 100 Cap.
When you skill W.D.O. to level 1 then that same 1AU costs you 90 Cap.

What it means is when you warp those 120AU amarr systems you don't have stop in the middle of nowhere to get more juice for your frigate.
