Image Export Collection '404' error

I'm trying to download the Image Export Collection from the link:
https://developers.eveonline.com/resource/image-export-collection

As linked in the dev blog:
https://developers.eveonline.com/blog/article/additions-to-the-image-export-collection

But the link is currently giving me a 404 error. Is this an accident, or is the icon collection no longer available?
