Any organizations out there short of CODE. that would be willing to gank targets belonging to NPC corps? Seems like a lot of mercenary corps don't do these kinds of jobs and it seems like CODE. is the only place to go to but I'm looking for alternatives to talk to about a potential job.

Nah -- a freighter that frequents a system on the edge of null. It's fitted with expander II's so that's like maybe 32-40 catalysts. I'd do it myself but I don't know enough people to get them all in for it at the right time, at the same time...

Target is hiding in a NPC corp and I don't really trust CODE. so I don't want to ask them to do it unless I really have to. Are there no alternatives? You'd think there would be plenty of people out there who would go for a free freighter kill with pay...

I won't presume to speak for CODE., but I will observe your lack of faith is disturbing. Your distrust doesn't speak well for your fealty to the Code and makes me wonder if your motives are indeed compliant with said document.

But no, there are no other alternatives, certainly not in highsec at least. The absurd situation we now find ourselves in where one player is immune to the efforts of 20-30 of their opponents is the culmination of years and years of highsec nerfs. I suggest you send a sternly worded letter next week to some of the new CSM members and remind them that is suppose to be a sandbox game and ask them to try to get a revamp of criminal gameplay on the agenda. But until if and when that ever happens, your only hope is a large low/nullsec mercenary group although with amount of ISK this war has made flow, I imagine they are booked up for the foreseeable future.

Although you overestimate the number of pilots needed, you seem to underestimate the effort and time involved. Have a look at the thread of Tisiphone Dira where she breaks it down to an easy to understand list: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=476859&find=unread.

The most important issue is that you need to find a group of people willing to spend (significant) hours in a back-end system waiting for a single target to show up. That is not the most exciting to do in EVE. Many of these people have access to incursions or nullsec ratting, so I doubt the amount of ISK you are willing to spend will be a motivator. Approach potential contractors with respect and ensure you have a compelling story.

Drop half a billion ISK on the targets bounty. This will encourage all the non-CODE gankers to nail him.

He will become a paranoid wreck.

Might even stop flying a freighter.

CODE. Is a friendly bunch, I'm not sure about their contract acceptance, but to rule out an alliance that ganks freighters for free....because you don't trust them....is just ehonor bullcrap.

Tisiphone dira is your contract ganker.
