I’ve tried to sell comparable BPOs several times before. The highest bidder always backed off when the BPO eventually was ready. I would like to be rather sure that it doesn’t happen again this time. Hence the chribba stuff is mandatory unfortunately.

I know you are trying to do something different but no one is going to do it this way. If someone backs out then you either relist it or ask the next highest bidder on the auction. I will not put a deposit down. When it is ready in two months, if you want to sell, you know how to get ahold of me.
