You can anchor one yourself. Make a corp, train the skills, viola.

We will not be auto-anchoring Citadels for people.

There are issues we need to iron out with natural anchoring and therefore we won't accelerate the process.

I have anchored a couple since the last mirror.

They work fine except for getting hung up at zero seconds to anchor. They count down for 24 hours and then get stuck.

After the next downtime they online with no problems.

They are working much better!

On that notes I still can't anchor citadels on any of my toons - what are the requirement ?

Anchoring 3 I think is all you need. This is assuming that the chars in question have the required roles (same as to launch and anchor as POS).
