what do you need to reactivate an account on singularity? and what time ? an arm and a leg probably because your promptitude sucks. I've posted 1 week ago and still nothing happened.

I need my account reactivated on singularity!!!!!!

I'm having issues logging into Sisi.

My account is paid for until July 19, 2016, and I was able to log into Sisi a few days ago.

I successfully logged into TQ after trying to log into Sisi.

I checked my keyboard to see of it's broken by using Notepad to type my Eve password and then using ctrl c and ctrl v to copy and paste my password into the launcher's password field.

The launcher keeps telling me "There was a problem logging into your account, please try again." when I try to log into Sisi.

I've restarted the launcher several times now to make sure the client is fully updated.

I've verified the shared cache and that purged any extra files.

That process found no corrupt files.

I don't know what to do now.

HELP!

Confirming, I'm having the same issue on Sisi.

My boyfriend, did the mass test yesterday and tried logging into Sisi just now. He is having the same issue. So I tried and I am having the exact same issue. (Two separate pc's) Went hunting and found this post.
