Requirements for new T2 guns for Dreads

CCP, please clear such question as requirements for new T2 sub-cap guns for Dreads.

Right now on SiSi requirements for new T2 torpedoes launchers require XL Torpedoes LVL 5 and XL Torpedoes Specialization LVL 5 - is it correct??? Or new guns will require only Specialization LVL 1-4???

I think requirement for specialization LVL 5 is too way much...

TL;DR: Regular missile skill V, specialization I, same as all other launchers.
