As soon as the Oasis Fortizar Citadel is in place, I'll pay capable Corps/Alliances to wardec them and destroy the citadel. The explosion will be epic.

Frankly, as far as I'm concerned, as long as I don't have to do the work of monitoring where it is and when it will be finished, I don't require any money. Just post once the thing is a thing, and I'll see if I find the time to slam a ship or ten into it.

Beggars are the worst type of players.
And those who want to do stuff they can't afford are that way for a reason..
