NPC NulSec Sov??

With the advent of the Citadels coming in very soon, I was wondering if there is going to be any changes made as far as NPC Nulsec (Curse i.e.) would be? I have not seen anything in this regard and wonder if anyone from NPC Nulsec could shed any light on this.

To my knowledge, there are no changes planned to Sov in NPC null. So, I don't think there will be XL Citadels in NPC Null (or Wormholes). All the other ones can be built without Sov, if I am up to date on this. (you may want to look that up, though, if it's important, I just catch the odd Dev Blog here and there when it comes to Citadels)

There are no security restrictions that I know of regarding where XL Citadels can be built.

There are no plans that I know of to change sovereignty mechanics for NPC null.

There are no plans that I know of to remove NPC stations. Just plans to make using NPC stations more expensive.
