auto ban from running eve on a virtual server

recently installed eve on a windows 2012 virtual private server with a recentish Xeon processor. The system had limited GPU to run the game which would only load part of the new game intro video then force me to close the process. I logged into this VPS to test run the game with my another account which was auto banned ( banned pending investigation : Reason: Account issues )
I am sure this login triggered some flags, The lost game time is being an issue at this point.
