stuck giving burner missions?

I have an agent that is only offering me burner missions.. I decline and all I get is another burner?
Is this normal? and if I understand you don't get a standing hit with declining burner missions.. just checking to make sure before I go on a declining rampage to get a regular mission.

eta: turned down like 3 in a row before getting a regular lvl4.. and didn't see a standing loss so thats good. still...seems the rate they are offered is kind of high? considering what a pita they are..for me anyways.

you can always decline burner missions so it shouldn't be an issue if you do end up with a few in a row. there are a enough versions it shouldn't be a surprise when you get a few in a row. and IMO the more burners the better. once you can deal with them they are a great payday!

If you're just cherry-picking for standings, having to decline 20 or so Burner missions in a row can sometimes be downright annoying...

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.
