IWI CCP sanctioned?

I just saw someone posting up a referral link to IWI, claiming it's CCP sanctioned. Is that right? Seems that other people running scams got told off for even suggesting it was sanctioned by CCP, but this is a clear statement of the same.

I'm not aware of any public CCP statement for nor against IWI.

I've also not seen any mention that IWI is a scam, even from those that have had significant losses.

I'd recommend taking the matter up with CCP in a petition if you have concerns. I believe there is also e-mail address available for the security team: security@ccpgames.com

Not sanctioned, per se, but tolerated as far as I know. So, it's a site operated by a 3rd party not affiliated with CCP - tread carefully.

They haven't scammed anybody yet if that's what you're asking.

I'm asking whether it's OK to fly around telling people your site is CCP sanctioned when it's not, or if it is, in what way it is sanctioned. If CCP sanctioned just means they haven't said no to it, then there's going to be trouble.

CCP does not sanction any third party sites. All site are use at your own risk. If someone is flying around claiming that a site is CCP sanction you can file a support ticket with the information (Players name, system, eve time, Screenshot if you can) and they will investigate it and take action if necessary.
