(First, sorry for my bad english)

It is the never ending story of (in)famous 3rd party gambling sites like iwantisk, monsterisk, trillionaire.pro, evebet etc. where people burn titanlots of their isk and one or a few entities accumulate a wealth without even logging in the game. So, maybe someone could explain me, what part of those gambling sites counts to the Eve Online Sandbox experience?

Recently I had some chatter with some buddies and I said that I am sometimes tempted to rmt a part of ISKs, but immediatly after that I know that I would be banned for sure. So, according to some quotes and comments of IWI members they make 2-3trillion per month profit. How wouldn’t anyone be tempted to RMT those infinite amounts of ISK. It seems possible through Twitch raffles with numerous fake accounts and rigged live lotteries to mask this mechanics. I have to admit a pretty smart way to disguise those dubious mechanics.

IWI for example seems to be the „good sugar daddy“ for Eve Online and some player, sponsoring streamers and funding the war against goons etc. but there is still this dark, foggy and gray area of this tempting rmt thing. And we have already seen in the past, that lottery sites are doing RMT.

I just can’t understand why CCP is just watching those gambling sites doing their business for years without intervening. Those lotteries are not part of the sandbox, it makes players to gambling addicts and the worst part, it ruins the business of CCP, the game you all love to play.
CCP, please, just add the prohibition of 3rd party gambling websites to your EULA and your game will get more healthy again.

TLDR: CCP, please ban lotterie sites to fight RMT

The RMT element of this game are huddled up in class 6 wormholes not within the above mentioned gambling sites. CCP are watching these sites closer than you think i'm sure if they see a problem other than a fantastic ISK sink they'll address it :)

I personally love "Eve-Bet" and "I Want ISK" and although i only splash a bit of cash here and there on them i do enjoy that choice as do many others :)

I will never understand peoples' motives why they want to lose their isk on such gambling sites voluntarily. On the other hand, taking a view on eve's lottery websites' history, there was none that wasn't involved in shady businesses. just my 2 cents =)

The people the OP are talking about are selling the money to make RL iskies, not buying it, as you said that's what plex does.

Game related 3rd party services for ISK are completely fine in my book. People set up killboards or corp forums or do graphics and design work for ISK. It's work related to the game, and it's paid inside of the game. It's not much different with gambling sites.

Now, if you have any evidence or at least indicators that these sites are involved in RMT, please contact CCP about it, for example through the ticket system, because RMT is not allowed. If you are however just assuming that someone is selling ISK for money without anything to back that up ... well, you know what they say about what happens when you assume.

As Neuntausend said, do you have any evidence? Because as soon as there is verifiable evidence, CCP has proven that they will immediately intervene. Contact them and present what you have.

Also, you are making assumptions about what CCP is doing; they're absolutely not talking about any of their anti-RMT measures, so it looks like they're idle, when in fact they're not. They'll never tell, it's against their own rules.

oh dear god.

I thought 'Full R' meant 100%, but Op pushed it to 105%

If CCP need to do anything, it's inhibit n00b corp pod pilots from posting in any forum outside of the recruitment and help ones.
