I have been looking high and low for an answer. How do you create a profile to anchor a Citadel? I am not finding this answer anywhere as of yet. Would appreciate if someone could enlighten me.

Well; you have to determine what you are looking for first.

I typically fill my in like so:

"I am a single Capsuleer looking for another Capsuleer who is interested in a no hull attached relationship"

"I enjoy long warps in Innia - I only maintain a corporation with those who enjoy small gang fights and maintain small equipment like frigates"
