Your corp can't handle wardecs/bad people? I would hope you guys are straight up about that when recruiting, but you're probably not.

Dont delete the game just yet. Share your stuff with someone that has the ability to roll with the punches and laugh with those laughing at them. Holeysheet1 will take any donations you are willing to put fourth. He may be fixing his pc or unable to find an exit from his wormhole he was evicted from but trust me. Eventually he will use whatever you can give.

My intention isn't to quit. But I think it warrants further discussion. Eve is a Harsh Mistress. I lost a 2 billion navy raven in hisec during a wardec because wardec corp used an alt to scan me down. They warped in and grabbed before I could figure out was going on. It was an expensive lesson.

Basically I've learned is don't fly anything bigger than a cruiser, maybe battlecruiser, anything bigger and you will lose it. The way I see it, the billion loss is 25 to 50 hours of work gone in pretty much an instant because game mechanics are designed that way.

As far as I'm concerned a Macherial should not be able to push you 100km off the gate when your at the keyboard being unable to align to anything. Coupled with Socket errors and Launcher problems only exacerbate the issue. A game shouldn't make you angry. It's not like playing The Division or Destiny, but this game is stressful.

Trying to expand and become bigger seems to be futile. Better to just train a single ship mastery to five rather than jack of all trades seems to be the play style.

Being able to tackle someone in high sec without acquiring even a suspect tag is nonsense. It's an aggression free warp disruptor.

That being said, it's currently legal. If you are flying a 7B ISK ship you should be aware of these tactics and the places they are most commonly employed. I don't fly freighters and I know about gankers SOP and the ever present bumping Machs in places like Uedama. This game does not cater to the ill-informed.

Theres a harsh learning curve to Eve only if you desire not to learn.

Reading your map... really, knowing how to use your map is a good idea.

I had a list of tips and ideas to help but changed my mind. You are better off in a different sort of game. Angry Birds maybe

Ponyfarm would be good for gankers. Fits their attitude, like kids :) I not recommend WoW cause I think they came from there.

If you consider the attitude of gankers to be that of a child, what do you consider the attitude of gankees to be?

Enquiring minds wish to know.

Only if youre flying a large ship, and i think thats the point.

Eve isnt a single player game, and if youve put the investment into flying a large ship that costs billions of isk, then you should put some investment into defending that ship as well.

Large expensive ships and shipments should have support. Especially if you know youre travelling through a dangerous area.

I think there should be a capital size rig for freighters only. It would be called the superball rig.

If a ship bumps your freighter with the rig equipped - any impact would accelerate your ship in accordance with a force 600 times the impact of the bumper. The 600 could be scaled for balance.

The rig would be non functional inside HS and LS docking rings.

You could do some pretty special things with such a rig!

I remember a discussion yesterday about how AG wanted to add damage to ship collisions (freighters would damage bumpers and whatnot)
Then one of the guys said: "I can fly freighters on 8 of my alts"
And then we talked about how we could murder everything on the jita undock with a freighter spam

All this to say that:
AG have great ideas sometimes, but they don't see that their "ganking nerfs" actually give us more ways to obliterate everything
In french, we say "c'est un couteau à double tranchant" (idk what the translation is)Lol

Not getting ganked is easy, if you take precautions.
Those who died were too stupid to take a couple of minutes to plan their trip, just to save a couple of minutes or whatnot.
Don't blame gankers or CCP if you didn't use all the available tools to survive.

Did you just bin my as AG? If you're going to call me out like that, at least have the balls to do it w/ your pvp main.

Pro Tip: Take a few minutes and really thing about what a rig such as I described would really do for the game. It's pure awesome.
