Auction contracts fix

I never really seem to use auction contracts that much. My experience of auctions is like the following: lets assume that we have moderately priced 7 day auction. For 6 days you might see maybe 2 bids. When the contract says "less than a day" everyone starts spamming the lowest possible increments on the contract. Its a bit like 0.01 isking on the market but without the 5 min timer. If i happen to live on the wrong time zone there is not much i can do to win the auction if we arent counting a very high bid. Lets assume that i issued the contract and I think the bid is too low. No problem! Lets use an alt to make a higher bid.

Therefore I suggest moving to silent auctions: players would not be aware of each others bids. If i see a contract that i think is worth of 80m, i could just make a bid of 80 093 498,99 isk (to make sure people who bid exactly or slightly more than 80m on it lose) and forget about it instead of worrying about an isk war at 5am when im asleep. With this system it would also be possible to tell players exactly when the auction ends. Buyout and starting bid would be unaffected by the change. I also suggest adding the margin trading effect to auctions: if the winning player does not have enough isk in his wallet the second highest bidder wins. If 2 players bid the exact same amount (unlikely), then the game would randomly choose one of the players or keep extending the auction period by [insert integer here] hours until there is a winner. Comments? Ideas? Suggestions?
