Is it possible to setup a POS in HS and have you alts who are in a neutral corp to the one that sets it up be able to access the SMA and comp array?

As far as I'm aware anyone needing access has to be in the owning corp/alliance.

Solecist Project...." They refuse to play by the rules and laws of the game and use it as excuse ..." " They don't care about how you play as long as they get to play how they want."

About all alliance can do is enter the force field, and bugs aside (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't), use the fitting service of the a ship maintenance array.
