Is this a typo on the attribute of Scorch XL in SISI?

For all the other ammos besides scorch, the XL size has twice the damage as its L size, such as Quake XL and Quake L , Antimatter Charge XL and Antimatter Charge L , Blood Multifrequency XL and Blood Multifrequency L , no matter Factions, tech level, and ammunition types.
However, Scorch XL only has less than twice damage as Scorch L ...

is it a bug or a typo? or is it designed like this on purpose?

good catch, might be a typo indeed.

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

XL is capital ship ammo so it shall be twice so its working as intended
